Lakeside Manor Day Spa

This project for Remington Hotels is comprised of the adaptive re-use of an existing two story residence and adjacent site into a luxury day spa located on the grounds of a Hilton Hotel in Houston near the NASA Space Center. We provided a complete feasibility study that included on-site verification, code study, and schematic architectural / interior design. This project provides challenges due to its proximity to the adjacent Clear Lake and the issue of storm surges during hurricanes. Our design addressed these challenges with specific solutions to structural and site configuration issues.
